Managing: the process and the team it took, to hand draw and color frame by frame transitions from real footage.
I was brought on by RelaTV for this project, getting my feet wet in an intense environment. Not only was it my responsibility to come up with how we would hand draw and color the frames, but also how to manage and distribute the work to our team of freelancers.
